Marcie was absolutely amazing. She was kind, helped ease worries, informative, extremely helpful, and stayed in touch. Marcie scheduled viewings quickly so we wouldn't miss out. She explained everything in a way that we understand the first time. She stayed on top of everything! We will use Marcie in the future and recommend her to anyone.

Marcie came very highly recommended from Jim Mercado at Provisor which made finding an agent that much less stressful. With this move being for our final move after my husband's 30 years active duty we wanted specific things and were not going to settle. Marcie took all of our must haves and was constantly sending us options that fit the bill. Marcie was always available to us via phone and email pretty much 24/7 which was very nice considering we are 3000 miles away. Marcie coordinated with the inspectors and made sure we always met deadlines with wiggle room just in case.

We are very thankful that this purchase of our first and last home was not a nightmare you hear horror stories about. If Marcie hadn't done such a great job helping us find our forever home we would absolutely use her again. I guess just recommending her to anyone who is looking to buy/sell will have to do :)

When I was begunning to look for homes and in the market to purchase my first home, I was of off-the-bat nervous because of horror stories I had heard about purchasing a home from friends.. I was extremely glad and immediately relaxed the moment I met Marcie. I walked into a private showing and was warmly greeted and my mind was set to ease! She was a dream! I never felt pressured, ignored, like a nuisance (& trust me I had many questions), or like any question I had was crazy. Marcie was exactly what I would describe as a patient, honest, trustworthy and caring person. I could reach her at any time- even when she was on a vacation!- I communicated with her day and night almost 7 days a week. She understood what it was like to be in my shoes and was a genuine person. I know she wasnted the best for me and she proved it throughout our entire time working together. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me. Marcie negotiated better than I had seen on any tv program and was always on my side. She knew what was fair and single-handledly scored a winning touchdown on my behalf.

I had moved back to Wisconsin from Texas and was staying with a friend until I found a place. Marcie immediately understood the need for a relatively quick closing. When the lender needed a document that I didn't have access to because it was packed away with all of my other belongings, I called Marcie and she was able to get a copy within a few hours.
